A. Well now you simply can do a search online for the service your looking for and add your city and you can find many companies this way. But dig a little deeper and check reviews of this company online by simply doing a google search for the name of the company and then add reviews. You also can check on Yelp or Angie's list as well.
Q. Why does it take so long for my carpets to dry and will they re-soil quickly like the last time?
A. Carpet should never take anymore then a full day to dry. In most cases they only should take 2-4hrs. If they take a long time either the company did not do proper dry passes or had inferior equipment that is underpowered. Usually this happens with the discount companies. Also, rapid re-soiling is caused by leaving residue in the carpet which is easily addressed by simply pre treating the carpet and doing a thorough rinse and extraction properly. Most of these problems happen when hiring a discount company with uneducated technicians, underpowered equipment or simply just a poor work ethic.
